Supervision of
Accounting and Bookkeeping Personnel
We recognize that most successful business owners do not have the time to be
bookkeepers.
We work with your external CPA’s to provide the following services:
- Daily, weekly, and/or monthly supervision of bookkeeping and accounting
personnel
- Reconciliation of bank accounts, accounts receivable, payable, and other
asset and liability accounts
- Maintenance of fixed asset schedules and computation of depreciation expense
- Identification of significant transactions and guidance as to their
proper accounting treatment
- Hiring and training of accounting personnel
- Assisting accounting personnel in developing internal financial
statements, and other reports
- Internal control assessment, fraud detection and prevention
- Development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Preparation of schedules for tax returns, and/or compilations, reviews,
or audits
- Development of credit procedures, and periodic review of the credit
function
- Communication with lenders, investors, and taxing authorities
- Planning and managing physical inventories
